Buying shoes online is hard, as sizes vary so much depending on brand and design. For example, I bought two pairs on Cons a couple of weeks ago - one pair is a women's size 5, the other a women's size 7. Have you bought shoes from Shoes of Prey before?
Get some great shoes at a reasonable price, then decorate to suit what you need. Or pay someone to decorate them. I bet you still come in WAY under $250. That will buy you more bonboniere...
